Building Signage and Directory

Requests for listings in the lobby electronic directory should be requested through the Angus Tenant Services program to our Tenant Services Coordinator. Due to space limitations, not all desired listings can be accommodated. Therefore, please limit listings to your corporate name and key personnel (last name and first initial only). This must be sent to the Building Management Office at least three weeks prior to Move-In in order to have your listing installed in the lobby directory when you occupy the premises.

Requests for the removal of listings from the building's directories, must be made in writing, and addressed to the attention of the Building Manager. Be advised that request for change in company's name should be notarized, and may be furnished upon approval of the Owners of the Building.


To avoid solicitation by sign companies, there is an approved company for the work necessary to prepare and install your suite entrance door sign. A sample of the signage area for your entry door is attached in section 112, and should be reviewed prior to your move in. Signs other than building standard must be approved in advance by the Real Estate Manager. No signs are to be placed on the corridor wall, unless authorized by Management.
